As an experienced business owner for many years of Tax and Accounting practice with over 250 clients in Tampa Florida she re-located to Georgia two years ago. Wendy has trained hundreds of small business owners to successfully manage all accounting aspects of their businesses including QuickBooks Software implementation.
Acclaim Professional Services believes that community outreach plays a vital role in supporting the growth and development of local area businesses. Wendy was an expert consultant on a talk radio show, WTAN in St. Petersburg Florida where guests could call in and get their tax and small business questions answered. She also volunteered her time at a local Ministry College to provide instruction to students on proper accounting practices for churches and ministries.
In April of 2004 Wendy and her accounting staff volunteered more than 120 hours of their time to provide assistance at the FEMA Emergency Management Center in Kissimmee Florida. There they provided financial preparation assistance to the individuals and businesses that suffered casualty and losses due to the hurricanes that ripped through Florida that year.
